Two Kendal women involved in collision on Natland Road
TWO women from Kendal have been involved in a collision on Natland Road this morning (September 13).
Police were called to the incident at 8.50am.
The incident involved an Audi, driven by a 19-year-old woman and a Seat Ibiza, driven by a woman in her sixties.
Police have said that the Seat Ibiza overturned.
Two fire engines attended the scene and crews used cutting equipment and small tools to extract a casualty from one of the cars. They were then handed into the care of the paramedics.
There are not yet any details about injuries but police have said that an air ambulance was requested to the scene.
The road has now been reopened.
