A BUILDERS' merchant located at Sandside, near Milnthorpe, has plans to expand.
Peter Willacy is seeking planning consent to redevelop the Willacy Contractors Ltd yard at Quarry Lane with a new building for retail and trade sales, secure storage, offices and a staff room.
According to documents lodged with South Lakeland District Council, the firm has outgrown its premises but wants to stay on the same site for local customers.
