A PAIR of semi-detached houses is being planned for part of a farmstead at Ulverston.
Applicant Mr F Phillipson has lodged plans for the three-bedroom, two-storey dwellings at Nook Farm, Colt House Lane, with South Lakeland District Council.
The new homes would "improve the aesthetic" of the site by replacing two large, partly demolished livestock buildings dating back to the 1960s that are no longer used, according to planning documents.
