ILOVETURTLE can exploit a favourable mark at Cartmel's National Hunt meeting this afternoon.
He goes for the Wetherbys Bank Handicap Chase (3.40) and can bounce back to form after several unplaced runs after winning off an 8lb lower mark at Haydock in April.
He goes well in the mud and has most to fear from the local raider Manoubi, who won like an improving chaser for Martin Todhunter last time out.
Litron (4.15pm) gave notice that he was knocking on the door when second to Oniz Tiptoes and will be suited by softer ground and is rated next best.
Kalic D'Alm (4.50pm) has plenty going for him despite an uninspiring form line in front of his name, while Edas (5.20) looks ot have found a good opportunity to open his account over obstacles.
