A wagon dropped two metal ramps on the carriageway. One of the ramps hit the underside of a HGV, causing it to spill diesel.
The fuel spread into lane three resulting in a full closure at around 7.05am.
The diesel spill is large and across all 3 lanes. Cannot open until cleared.
