THE MET Office has warned of disruption to transport and power cuts following a yellow weather warning.
Issued for between 9pm tonight (October 4) and 9am tomorrow (October 5), westerly winds will bring gusts of 40-50 mph and more than 60mph in some areas.
In addition, rain will be heavy at times, especially over northwest England and north Wales.
The Met Office has warned that while this weather is not unusual for the time of year, it brings the potential for disruption to transport, tree damage and temporary power cuts.
