EIGHTY-five new hardstanding pitches for static caravans and holiday lodges are being planned at Flookburgh's Lakeland Leisure Park.
Bourne Leisure Ltd, which runs the Haven-branded site, is seeking planning consent from South Lakeland District Council. The park attracts around 80,000 visitors each year and already has 187 flat, grass pitches, welcoming tourers, motorhomes, tents and trailer tents. The site is open from late March to early November.
