A BRAND new dose of comedy theatre is heading to the Brewery.

Right up the street of theatre fans who like their Gothic horror stories laced with humour, Dracula: The Bloody Truth is a hilarious show giving a physical theatre twist to Bram Stoker's tale.

Presented in association with Exeter Northcott Theatre, Le Navet Bete (Dick Tracy, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz) is committed to creating hilarious, physical and totally accessible comedy theatre using creative and engaging storytelling.

Playing the Kendal arts centre on Thursday, October 19, Dracula: The Bloody Truth take audiences on a jocular journey across Europe from the dark and sinister Transylvanian mountains to the awkwardly charming seaside town of Whitby while the frantic Van Helsing and his three amateur actors try to stage a life-changing, factual theatrical production of the events of Dracula.
