FATHER Christmas is so delighted with his amazing Winter Wonderland at the Old Laundry Theatre, Bowness-in-Windermere, that he is inviting you to a Christmas Tea Party. ARTISTS Collective Green Door hosts a weekend of Affordable Art from tomorrow to Sunday (December 1-3) at the Staveley Roundhouse. There's more than 200 pieces of work from more than 30 Green Door member artists, and includes paintings, prints, photographs, ceramics, glass, wood, jewellery, textiles and sculpture, all priced less than £150. The event shows the breadth and depth of talent and includes artists such as David Pooley, Debbie Copley, Keith Shorrock, Evelyn Sinclair, Barbra Cropper and many more. VISIT Santa in his Winter Wonderland at Hayes Garden World daily from tomorrow (Friday) until December 23. Children can step through the wardrobe into the winter wonderland, meet the lion and Ice Queen and all Santa’s wonderful woodland friends.
