WITNESSES are being asked to come forward after a Milnthorpe man was killed in a road traffic collision.
Jason Morgan, 46, died at the scene of the crash on the A6 near Burton-in-Kendal at around 7.30am on November 28.
Terrence and Jennifer Morgan, Jason’s parents, were devastated by the loss of their son, as were Jason’s twin sister Nicola, 12-year-old daughter Sadie, his beloved partner Alison Hind and their two step children, Lucy and Oliver.
Another man, 53, from Bolton-le-Sands, remains in hospital in Preston following the collision between a Volkswagen Transporter and a Land Rover Defender.
An investigation into the crash is under way and police are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
Sergeant Adam Dawson, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of both drivers at this incredibly difficult time.”
