EMERGENCY SERVICES attended a fire at Lancaster ASDA's petrol station this morning (December 15).
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service were called to the incident at 8.15am.
The fire involved two cars and was well developed when firefighters arrived at the scene.
Two fire engines from Morecambe and two from Lancaster attended and used four breathing apparatus, two hose reels and a dry powder extinguisher to extinguish the fire.
One person was injured at the scene and they were taken to hospital by paramedics. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
