A WITNESS appeal has been launched after a 13-year-old boy allegedly stole items from a teenage girl at knifepoint.
Police have released a description of the alleged attacker following the incident on Wordsworth Street in Penrith, near the Methodist Church, on December 12 at around 8pm.
Police said the victim was a 13-year-old female. The boy police want to speak to is described as a white male, around 5'5ft tall and of chubby build.
He was wearing a black puffa jacket, grey tracksuit bottoms and black Nike trainers.
Police are looking for information from any members of the public that may have seen the incident or have any CCTV of the incident.
