SOUTH Lakeland Mind, one of the leading charities supporting individuals with their mental wellbeing is looking to recruit new Trustees.
Chair Colin Reynolds said: "Two years on from our crisis campaign the organisation is continuing to flourish and develop new income streams to support individuals with their mental wellbeing. To support us with this growth we are looking to recruit new Trustees to work with the existing board to provide strategic direction and oversight to the organisation."
South Lakeland Mind is holding an open evening ‘drop in’ event on January 18 at Stricklandgate House, Kendal between 6-8pm.
Anyone who is interested in supporting the work of the organisation is welcome to join existing Trustees and learn more about the work of the organisation.
"We are looking for individuals with a background or personal interest in mental wellbeing together with business skills such as Finance, Marketing, HR, Business Development or experience in other organisations in the charitable sector," said Mr Reynolds.
