OUTLINE plans for a new house in a Grange-over-Sands garden have been approved by South Lakeland District Council.
The application by Marjorie Gamble for the plot at Highfield Cottage, 25 Highfield Road, received no objection from Grange Town Council. One neighbour objected and two made observations.
An outbuilding is to be demolished. The number of bedrooms is not yet known.
