FOUR Booths stores have raised £4,000 for Lancashire-based St John's Hospice through the 5p levy on plastic carrier bags.
Each store was able to choose three local causes to share the funds with and St John’s was nominated by staff at Kendal, Kirkby Lonsdale, Carnforth and Scotforth. The money will go directly to helping patients and their families in North Lancashire and South Lakeland.
