PLANS for 17 new apartments and 15 houses at the former Graythwaite Manor Hotel in Grange-over-Sands have been lodged with South Lakeland District Council.
Chorley-based developer Blackmores is seeking consent to convert the "charming", original late-Victorian country house and to demolish more recent additions. The hotel closed in 2012.
