This film is an absolute gem from start to finish, brimming with joy, humour and love.
It encapsulates heartwarming moments which speak direct to child or adult and therein lies its magic. It remains quintessentially English and is evocative of a bygone age whilst bringing the story to life for the next generation. Every school should show it in PSCHE lessons as it teaches children the valuable lesson of owning up if they have done anything amiss.
It is a must see film and I implore everyone to watch it at least once. You won’t regret it!
