To mark the 200th anniversary of The Westmorland Gazette in 2018, we are publishing a photograph from our archives on our website every day this year.
Today's photograph shows steam enthusiast Dick Ransome, of Torver, celebrating the end of a five-year project in September 1994, to restore a historic steam roller to its original glory.
