Man charged over Booths ram raid attempt to steal ATM
Police have charged a man in connection with an ATM ram raid at Booths, Milnthorpe.
James Patton, 30, of Scafell Gardens, Bishop Auckland, was charged with burglary with intent to steal, in relation to the incident last November.
He appeared at Barrow Magistrates Court on Friday (April 13) and is next due to appear at Carlisle Crown Court on May 14.
