CUMBRIA Police are currently investigating a suspected arson at a flat in Kendal.
The incident occurred over the Bank Holiday weekend through the night of May 5 into May 6.
During this time, a fire was set upon a residential property in the area of Dowkers Lane. However, the fire extinguished before the property caught fire.
Nobody was injured in the incident.
Police are appealing for witnesses who were in the area who may have seen anybody acting suspiciously or gave them cause for any concern.
