A SHORTAGE of houses for sale in the North West is keeping prices "strong", says RICS, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Around two in three surveyors expect prices to rise during the coming year, according to the RICS market survey for April 2018.
Meanwhile, house sales are likely to "remain subdued" for the next 12 months, added RICS.
