THE Cumbria International Motor Show returns to the Westmorland Show Ground again this weekend.

Now in its seventh year, the show, which takes place on Sunday, has a packed entertainment schedule including live music, guest speakers, and a range of fun, games and activities for children.

Organiser David Robinson said: “It’s important to me that the show is about more than just cars.

“It needs to have something for everyone and provide a full day’s entertainment as people don’t want to travel long distances to only stay for a couple of hours.

“We’ve had so many interesting businesses contact us to get involved this year and I can’t wait to see it all come together again.

“We’ve certainly come a long way from our humble beginnings in the car park of the Lakeland Motor Museum.”

The show will include more than 600 iconic cars, including Aston Martin Newcastle attending for the first time alongside Porsche, Jaguar LandRover and other classic models.

Tickets are £10 for adults, £5 for under 16s, and value family tickets at £25. Under fives are free and dogs are also welcome.
