PROBLEMS with the alarm at Milnthorpe's public loos were "promptly" dealt with by the management company, Milnthorpe Parish Council was told.
The assistance alarm was being "activated without reason" and the helpline number was "apparently not working". However, Healthmatic had responded quickly to both problems, councillors heard.
The Wiltshire-based company manages 650 public toilets for councils, says its website.
