A FEMALE walker fell 20 feet down stone steps near Pecca Falls on the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail on Sunday (May 27).
Cave Rescue Organisation were called at 2.23pm to the woman, who lost consciousness for a short while.
The team was tasked by Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) to assist and located the walker.
YAS paramedics were conveyed to the casualty, who after a full assessment identified suspected head and spinal injuries.
She was placed in a full body vacuum splint and stretchered by team members to a team vehicle, for transport to the road ambulance.
