This plot of land in Coniston sold for £701
A PIECE of land in Coniston with parking for around four cars sold for £701 in an online auction.
The plot, in a residential part of the village, at Little Moss Close, went under the hammer without a reserve price.
Landwood Property Auctions said the buyer did not consent to publicity, but said parking space was "almost always snapped up by a local resident".
