A COUPLE have submitted outline plans to build two new homes in a large garden at Kents Bank.
The plot at 53 Carter Road is part of Grange-over-Sands conservation area and already has planning consent for one dwelling.
Applicants Mr and Mrs M Moore are now hoping to put two smaller homes on the site instead.
