MP Tim Farron speaking to Kendal's InGroup business breakfast meeting
WESTMORLAND and Lonsdale MP Tim Farron explained the triumphs and tribulations of his parliamentary workload to business people.
Speaking to Kendal's InGroup, he said he is about to mark his 100,000th case since becoming an MP.
He urged members of the weekly business breakfast group to get behind the push to bring radiotherapy services to the town. Mr Farron added: "My aim is always to try to make people’s lives better, day by day."
