THE Cumberland has been named ‘Regional Lending Provider of the Year’ at the Moneyfacts awards.
The event recognises excellence among the UK’s financial providers and its awards have become a benchmark within the industry.
The Cumberland won its award for having the most consistently competitive mortgage products over the last year, the second time in three years it has scooped the accolade.
It was also commended in the ‘Best Variable Rate Mortgage Provider’ category.
It follows The Cumberland’s end-of-year results which included record mortgage lending.
