PENRITH-based Genesis Homes has drawn praise for its use of virtual reality in its marketing.
The developer's campaign for its St Cuthbert's site at Wigton used design sketches and floor plans, photographs, maps, computer-generated streetscapes, models and watercolour paintings. The simulation was designed by Jabster, based near Penrith.
Joe Broomfield, of Cumbria Local Enterprise Partnership, said it was "a great example" of how businesses could use VR to showcase products and servies.
