A 14-year-old boy was kicked off his bicycle by a group of older males who then stole his bike.
Police are now calling for witness to the incident, which took place in the Fletcher Park area of the town at approximately 3.50pm on Wednesday (July 18), to come forward.
The offenders are described as white, late teens, wearing dark coloured clothing. One male was wearing a black-hooded Nike top.
The victim sustained minor injuries.
The stolen bike is a black metallic blue and green full suspension Boardman mountain bike.
