PLANS for a new bungalow in Heversham village met with approval from South Lakeland District Council.
Applicant Mr C Chew proposed a detached three-bedroom dwelling on land west of 28 Dugg Hill.
Four neighbours objected due to design and scale, impact on views and "inadequate" access.
Cumbria County Council highways officers also expressed a concern about the width of the access.
However, SLDC planning officers stated the lane already served three properties and adding one more would not "significantly intensify" its use.
