fish4jobs sponsors new series of ‘Scrubs’ on E4

The UK's most popular recruitment website, fish4jobs (www fish4jobs.co.uk), is to sponsor the new series of Scrubs on E4 in 2008.

The sponsorship incorporates all current series of the Emmy and Peabody award-winning hospital based comedy drama as well as a new seventh series beginning later this year.

The series continues to follow the hilarious trials and tribulations of the much-loved characters including JD and Doctor Chris at Sacred Heart Hospital.

The Scrubs sponsorship forms part of an ambitious marketing campaign that fish4 has planned for 2008. The campaign includes radio, online and press advertising, as well as a number of strategic partnerships that will run across the year.

Lisa Walker, marketing director at fish4jobs, comments: "Scrubs is the perfect partner for fish4jobs with its loyal audience of 16-34 year olds mirroring that of our site. Becoming a sponsor of the show will help us strengthen our position as the UK's number one recruitment website amongst a mass audience."

The sponsorship campaign was conceived and negotiated on behalf of fish4jobs by Jenny Biggam at The7Stars with Georgina Crellin at Channel 4 Sponsorship. The idents are being created by This is Real Art and will air prior to 1,360 screenings of Scrubs on both E4 and E4+1.

fish4jobs is creating a series of animated idents for the show, offering job seekers light-hearted hints and tips to help them land their next role.
