Appeal against planning conditions

A GOVERNMENT planning inspector is being asked to rule on an application for approval of building works at Woman's Land Barn, Dent, to provide upper floor sleeping accommodation.
The appellants, Mr and Mrs Penrose, have lodged a formal appeal against conditions imposed by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority.
