A MAN was left with serous facial injuries following an alleged argument about a taxi in Kendal.
Police are seeking witnesses to the incident which occurred between two men on New Road in Kendal at around 12.30am on Sunday.
According to police, as a result of the altercation, a 26-year-old man from Kendal had to be taken to Westmorland General Hospital where he underwent surgery for a serious facial injury.
Police are particularly keen to speak to the taxi driver who drove the victim and his girlfriend to hospital in a dark coloured vehicle and also another taxi driver who was in the area and had a Peugeot 307-style cab.
