A JUNIOR soldier from a tiny North Lancashire village was in good voice as he shouted the orders on the largest military parade other than the Trooping of the Colour.
Seventeen-year-old Stuart Bathgate, from Arkholme, received a top prize when he graduated from the prestigious Army Foundation College in Harrogate.
Not only was he was awarded the rank of Junior Regimental Sergeant Major, but Stuart was asked to lead the graduation parade of more than 600 soldiers.
