Kendal police force to grow

Comments (0)KENDAL police force will receive a number of new staff members over the next few months.
At Monday (Sept 1) night’s town council meeting, Sgt Bill Nolan said Kendal police are currently interviewing and expect to welcome several new recruits and transferred officers to the force within the next few months.
Kendal has suffered several attacks of vandalism over the past few months and it is hoped that the new officers will be a step towards cracking down on crime in the town.
