FLOODING is causing delays to trains running through North Lancashire.

Delays are possible on Northern Rail between Lancaster and Carnforth, between Lancaster and Morecambe and at Preston due to congestion caused by flooding between Lancaster and Preston.

Northern Rail services to and from Lancaster and Preston are also subject to delays due to congestion of Transpennine Express and Virgin Trains services at Lancaster and Preston. The delays are caused by flooding near Bay Horse.
