BUSINESSES can discover how effective coaching can help to get the most from a workforce, at a one-day seminar at the Castle Green Hotel, Kendal, next week.
The Cumbria Coaching Network is organising the event, which will seek to identify situations where coaching is required, examine different approaches to coaching and look at how to develop coaching skills.
Speakers will include Adrian Banger, an independent management consultant; Zoe Dawes, who runs Chartwell Coaching, providing professional development services to small businesses; and John Wright, who runs his own coaching and development business, Symbiosis, in Kendal.
