KENDAL Town had a rare blank date last Saturday but get back in action at home to Nantwich Town in the third round of the UniBond Challenge Cup tonight at Parkside Road (7.45pm).
When last seen out, Town earned a creditable 3-3 draw at Hednesford ten days ago and will be bidding to avenge a 4-0 defeat by these opponents earlier this season.
Town have lost only three times since that defeat - twice in cups - while newly promoted Nantwich and will provide a stern test as they are unbeaten in six in cup and league.
