REGIONAL director of the Countryside Alliance Tom Fell has warned that the region’s foxhunters have plans for “spontaneous protests.”
As the foxhunting bill completed its report stage and third reading on Wednesday a tight-lipped Mr Fell said the group had “plans in the pipeline.” Changes to the Bill, which will go before the House of Lords in September, could see the sport outlawed by 2004.
