A gaggle of chefs gathered together to celebrate the launch of a new book celebrating the Food Champions of England’s NorthWest.
Home Grown highlights the renaissance of English provincial food and features stories and recipes from local chefs and producers including Cumbria’s own legend Stephen Doherty.
Chef patron Paul Askew hosted a lunch to thank all the people who have contributed to the book.
