The Westmorland Gazette website is offering a new text-based Premiership football goal alerts service.

Fans can sign up to receive text alerts from league games of the116 teams from the Premiership to the Blue Square Premier inclusive. The service is flexible, free to sign up to, and costs less than 50% what others charge.

To get goal alerts to your mobile, send a text to 80360 along with your team name, the keyword KE and the service type – Gold or Silver. You will then be charged 10/12p per text received (an average of eight texts per game).

Our two packages are called Gold and Silver. Gold includes alerts for all goals as they happen, yellow cards and substitutions. Silver offers goals, half-and full-time scores.
