A LOT has happened since Kendal Town last saw 90 minutes of Unibond Premier League football writes Arran Jolly.
Remarkably Town's 3-3 draw away at Hednesford Town on November the 15th was the last time Kendal saw a full game of Unibond action.
With the cold snap refusing to budge, Town's players and manager Lee Ashcroft have only been able to look on as four consecutive games have been either called off or abandoned.
As Kendal left the pitch at Hednesford they sat firmly among the promotion places in third place with a game in hand over the chasing pack.
Now, nearly a month later, Town's forced inactivity sees them down to eighth in the Premiership and three points off a promotion spot.
But if Kendal's season thus far teaches us anything it is that Lee Ashcroft has built a team assured with a confidence that has rarely faltered all season.
Town will need to recapture the form that saw them up to third immediately tomorrow as they look to rebuild their assault on the top of the table at home against Whitby Town at 3pm.
Kendal will be hoping for a repeat of the 3-1 win in the reverse fixture earlier this year.
