MP calls for speedy Post Office solution

A PETITION has been launched in an attempt to bring back a South Lakeland post office.

Tim Farron, MP for Westmorland and Lonsdale, and Mary Wilson, South Lakeland District Councillor, are distributing the petition in an attempt to pressure the Post Office Ltd to continue to provide a post office in Cartmel after the current sub-postmaster, Janet McDonagh, stepped down.
