FUNDRAISERS are being called upon to take part in a challenging walk in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Charity.
The fourth Orton Tarn Walk will take place on Saturday, July 18 starting at Ghyl Bank Farm, Raisbeck near Tebay.
Anyone can go along and take part in the walk, which is organised by Linda Potter, of Roundthwaite, near Tebay.
A well desrved cream scone and tea will be available after the walk.
Cystic Fibrosis is the UK's most common life-threatening inherited disease affecting one in every 2,500 births. The average life expectancy in the UK is only 31 years.
