A POPULAR exhibition of Cumbrian farming across the ages which has captured the imagination of the public moves to a new location next week.
The Pentalk photographic display, which attracted 5,600 in its first two months at Penrith’s Rheged Centre, will open at The Sculpture Valley near Ivegill, Carlisle, from Thursday, July 16, to August 10.
Pentalk’s exhibition of photographs, taken by farmers themselves, shows a year in the life of working farms in Cumbria, from lambing, gathering and dipping to showing and selling cattle at the various shows in the region.
