Witnesses to 'failed to stop' collision sought

WITNESSES are being sought after a blue Mercedes car was damaged while parked in Central Drive, Ulverston, on Friday.
The incident occurred at 4.30pm around 60 yards from Oakwood Drive.
A police spokesman said the Mercedes had been left unattended while its owner went into a nearby shop.
A dent was later discovered in the rear offside door, along with white paint marks.
The spokesman said officers were treating the collision as a 'failed to stop' incident.
