Flood victims free treat on Mothers' Day

FAMILIES in Ulverston whose homes were flooded last year have been invited to celebrate Mothers' Day at a local attraction that was also hit by the torrential downpours.
Lakes Aquarium, near Newby Bridge, has written to affected homes in North Lonsdale Road and Steel Street to offer residents free admission on Sunday.
