Greystoke: Extension to existing dwelling to form new dining and living room and two first floor bedrooms at Mains Cottage, Johnby, for Mr and Mrs K. Scott-Harden.

Penrith: Conversion of existing dwelling to two dwellings at 1 Forest Mount, Wordsworth Street, for Mr and Mrs Ramsdale; building of detached car port at 1 Horsley Terrace, for Miss E. Jennison; construction of building to house baler unit in connection with existing recycling facility at Unit 4, Mardale Road, Penrith Industrial Estate, for John Bodger Chartered Architect Ltd.

Waitby: The storage of winter feed for cattle and sheep and implements at lane at Waitby Crossing, Waitby, Kirkby Stephen, for Mr R. McWhirter.
