UNDER-water divers have been called in to assist with a large search mission after a 58-year-old Ulverston man went missing on Sunday morning.
Cumbria Police have appealed for information regarding the whereabouts of David Butterworth who went missing from his home on Canal Foot, Ulverston, between 8am and 1pm, on August 29.
He is described as 6ft 2ins, grey hair, wearing a black fleece top with a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
A large search is ongoing by Cumbria Police, British Transport Police and dog handlers who are currently searching the immediate area of Canal foot.
